• Eligibility for Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours of the transaction or if the service has not been provided as described.
• Process for Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us at venan.dias@antoniosservices.in. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request.
• Refund Time Frame: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Before Service: You may cancel a service for a full refund if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Cancellation After Service Begins: If you cancel the service after it has begun, you will be responsible for paying for the time spent until the cancellation was requested.
• No-show Policy: If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee.
